How we work
- This is a team game. A talented team and thoughtful culture is more important than any strategy doc. We are on a journey together because we’ll get farther and have more fun.
- Everyone is an owner. We are motivated by mission and invested as co-owners. We do high calibre work to drive outsized outcomes. Our ownership mentality and curiosity extends beyond our domains to all surfaces of the company.
- Empathetic Communication. Clarity leads to alignment which leads to empowerment. We are all responsible for keeping each other in the loop. We frequently seek feedback because we value each other’s opinions (we send a lot of proposals and WIPs).
- IRL, but Flexible. We believe in-person work is critical to 0 to 1 development. More convos happen, feedback flows. That said, we also believe in flexibility to WFH when needed and recharging in little and big ways. It would be hard (ironic?) to facilitate IRL ****activity without being IRL ourselves.
